About the Office

The Controlling and Finance Office of the Maritime Institute of Gdynia Maritime University provides comprehensive financial, controlling, and documentation support for the Institute's scientific and operational activities. Our key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the University's work and financial plan where it concerns the Maritime Institute, developing and overseeing the implementation of the expenditure plan in accordance with the Maritime Institute's public procurement procedures, and preparing and monitoring the financial portion of the Institute's Operational Plan. The Office operates in accordance with the Organisational Regulations of the Gdynia Maritime University, ensuring transparent processes, timely settlements, and efficient use of funds.
